How to get as much rake as you can out of one hand  0
I've seen some hands to get rake coming into a poker site, but this one takes the absolute biscuit..

I have A 10 on the button.

Three players in the pot

Flop comes down K Q J

Player A shoves all in for $80

Player B calls for $80

I go all in for $100

Player B calls

Cards go over. I have the nut straight

Player A has KQ

Player B has JJ

The tuirn comes a 10. I am still ahead

The river comes a Q giving Player A the full house

Total poet $300 or so...

Did you play with a deck of cards only using the broadway ones? Blink

But it happens all the time that guys with 2pair or a set fill up untill the river. Better luck next hand.

It happens a lot, where everyone has a big piece of the flop - all in by both other players was to try protect their 2 pair/set - in their minds, they were right. They didn't know you'd flopped a straight, and both had house outs.

Well thats why river is important, i've lost wid a flush at flop to fullhouse at river. but many times i have won at river too.
River is the hope of chasers, lol

$100 is a hell of a lot to gamble to protect your hand when the pots only about $7 after the flop.

WIth an obvious straight draw on the board I do question the sense of shoving all in with 2 pair.

Confused This was NL100? AT, KQ and JJ in the hand and only 7BB in the pot preflop????
