Just make your own website about free bankrolls and no depoait bonuses. Make sure that your website is visible in major search engines. Don't make SPAM with your referal link it wouldn't be usefull for you.

the best place to start would be with friends. if you got a face book page you could always put it there, or if you badly beat someone and take all his chips tell him about the consolation prize and post your link. i dont know its a hard one!
try friends, people at work, if you're member of an other forum, try to put the link on your profile. Ask friends or they know somebody who's plays poker. Well I dont anymore, but used to just put adds in local papers, no one look in yellow pages anymore. Ohh you ment spam, any place you can get away with doing it.I only got banned from 2 sites.
