I just got my $25 bankroll for PKR. It comes as 3 tournament tickets, one for a $5 tourney, and two $10 tickets. I won my first tourney, lost the second, about to start 3rd. Just wanna know what everyone else thinks of PKR's approach to online poker. Personally, i find it to be a very immersive experience. It adds a new dimension to the game other than point and click, which i find makes it easier to get right into the game.
Starting my last tourney with $42 in my bank and no tickets left, yee-haw!

Not been there for some while but overall its a good fun site, dont like the rake or fees,thats the main reason I dont play there. Also multi-table is horrid, games tend to be a little slow and some what child like. But having said that for any one looking for fun in poker its the site to play, good tourns and options of games, good player base, lots of fish easy bonuses and fast cashouts. Id say overall a great site for any new player or fun player, not so good for the serious multi table player and fast games. GL

It's not bad, it's a nice change from the norm. I like that you have to look at your cards, they're not always displayed, so you can see people unsure about their hand when they keep checking the hole cards. Of course you can use this to help bluff too
There are a LOT of bad players on there though, and you will get sucked out.

you should get Doomdy's opinion i belive he is a PRK fan I have played there but i have not deposited so i didnt stick around very long... Looks fantastic but i didnt feel it as some do?

For graphics PKR is by far best on the net. For a beginner poker-player its very fun to play there. Possitiv are the enormous amount of donks/fish and frogs. Also the multi table system is (for me) best on the net, but with MAX 4 tables a big minus. First deposit bonus is 1 of the best on the net, very easy to clear. Rakeback (30%) is average, but there are many rooms offering more. Players base is growing every month, but for now a littl too low for such a good room. Rake is too high, many rooms offering lower fees. PKR-point system is good with nice tickets for mtts ect.
Absolute minus is the speed, its the slowest room on the net by far, dont go there if you want fast tables and play many hands an hour.
good promos, easy opponents and stunning grafics. its a shame they dont have studgames and HORSE (yet), but other then that i am really having a good time playing there.

happend to me some weeks ago during a DoN and 6 player remaining... every player got 10$ for this as its the minimum amount of the tourney bad if you are chipleader in an usual tourney and only get the min-prize... i think for sng and tournaments pkr is good as the players dont take much care of recomended handranges and being in war with king rag or J3...

Everyone's got to admit PKR is revolutionary in terms of the existing online poker game! Nice interactivity, nice tables, good ambience, good camera views, nice graphics, medium level players (in terms of number and of quality)... generally speakings, its a room that brings an offer to a different online poker player, younger, who wants to be with only one window opened when playing, who is critical about graphics. The "till now" online player was a guy who would open six windows and would have a lot of fun flying from one to another. PKR player will play poker like if he was playing any other game that he has installed in is PC.

great if u like playin playmoney but too slow and i find it hard when i lay omaha because it s hard to remember 4 cards for my small little brain and it gets annoying going back to check all the time

Yeah, its a very fun experience, and the lobby is good!! All those things helps me to concentrate : even when you are not in a hand, you are not bored cause there is so much things to do XD but, lets see what i will think about it with time!!
