I have a friend that just signed up yesterday through my referral link. He did the phone verification and I got credited for a level3 sign up. If he wants to be verified on a higher level, how can he do that ?

He must upload ID. There's a button "upload ID" inside his mob account, in the top, where he can do it. But if he uploads invalid ID or just a picture of himself, then his account will not be approved again.
