Depends on the stakes and your playing style. Points at Action are given for the rake you have generated. So the looser you play, the more points you will get.

and 700 POP is very hard with 25$ free bankroll, if you join tournement, you got 10 POP with 1$ fee (and you have to join at least the tour 10+1$). In cash game, you got POP depends on how much you put to pot, 1POP for 10 cent rake from you.
