the other day was playing on full tilt got pocket kings raised to 3000 got one caller the flop came down with k,k,a hit quads was thinking i was gunna clean up here pushed all in other person calls thought great both opend up looked at his cards pockets aces. the turn came down a 4 then the river couldnt belive it he had one out and it was the last ace he beat my quad kings with his quad aces i was gutted

ouch thats got to hurt quad Kings and still lose Thats bad beat totaly.. did you say anythig to them? Did they say anything to you? Was you all out or did you servive? How many times do you think that could happen../...? at least you can sleep well in the thought that it will probably never happen to you again..lol

Damn, such a bad beat hurts so much... but the good thing is, it wont happen so often. btw.. you should ve played it slow, just check the flop, like it was said above by dommdy... thats the ony mistake you ve done.

I completly agree here. Why push all in... if he have an AQ, he might fold (if its a good player). If u slowplay : there he can feel his ace is strong and bet : you just take his chips.
Now, concerning the badbeat : well just know that in poker, even if u have 99% chances to win, there is still those 1%. They will hit one day or another : this day just keep your head cool!
