I recieved a free bankroll at Mansion Poker.I already earn over 1000 points but I didn't get the 10 dollars bonus at 650 points earned.How can I get this bonus?

i think the terms changed just BRM didnt update it ! login to your mansion poker account and check out "My Account" then go to "Bonus"...its right under mansion club points. there you see how many points you have to earn etc.

pending bonus dollars = 0 ?? but you recieved the first $50 from BRM right ? looks like something went wrong.
you sure you check "bonus" ? its on the left side right under mansion club points...probably the start date of your bonus isnt the same day as the day you recieved the bonus. if thats not the case then contact mansion poker support.

I think you need to talk to live support. Just wait till they come on line and drop them an email, im sure they will be able to assist you in reciving your bonus. BRM is normally very good at hopnering bonuses so i'm sure it can all be sorted as long as you talk to the right person. Have you looked at your bonus account on Mansion? Does this give yo0u any clue as to what has happened? Is your account tracked through Bankrollmob? there might be a glitch in the tracking of the account, i have seem that happen before and the person did not recive the rest of the bonus as it was ment to be credited. Good luck .....
