Now let me say first of all that I admire all top players that successfully make a living out of playing poker and are far better than I can ever hope to be.
However, Phil Ivey is one that I have a problem with and I'm not sure why. Maybe it's his snooty attitude to us "mere mortals" and his ungraciousness when losing a big pot or getting knocked out of a tourney that I have witnessed countless number of times on tv. Jennifer Harman always seems to be a bit of a bully against amateurs on Poker After Dark, not bothering to speak to them and generally being a bit of a snide.
Players I can imagine being respectful to an amateur would be Negreanu, Hansen and Ferguson and I'd like to sit down with Matusow only if Helmuth was there to see him wind him up.
Helmuth should really be left out of this thread as he's like Marmite!

There are a lot of player I like, don't see anyone that cam make me say "I hate that guy". There are some I don't support at all but I can't say I dislike him.
Helmuth is one I like to see loosing some hands, when it happens its fun to see him steaming loud. But I love to see him playing with Matusow, what a nice "couple" they make. When they play hands against each other I have no favorite, no matter what happens it will be a fun show to see.
I am neutral about Tom Dwan. I admire how he plays but I'm always on hope his moves burst out in front of his face, arrogant annoying creature.
About Ivey and Harman I believe it's more a matter of table image than arrogance. And bullying the amateurs is how they earn theirs living.

I dont like Hellmuth for his attitude (even if its fun to see XD). For me Phil Ivey is a bit mystic, but i like the player, he play so good. I really respect Ferguson, Hansen and Negreanu too (Negreanu is really a funny guy XD).
Another great player is Scotty Nguyen (my favourite), not the best, but he is good and really really fun ("If u call this one baby, its all over !" so beautifull!).
A player i dislike too is Tony G : when you see him humiliating players on vids and making some idiot move and being proud of that....
