Hi on first my english is not so good i hope u understand me .I was a customer for over 1 year by swiss casino.And I had really like it.Software,good support,fast cashout 3-7 days,i got 4 cashouts 1000-1800$and no problems i was satisfied.But i think maybe they got a new manager.I make a deposit for 50$ got my requitments to cash out 250$ and then came a message i got not the requitments to cash out but i got more then double points as i need.So i chat with the support and they say me he can not look to my accout had a new system i must write a email to support. I play on many casino and bad casinos do that so player lost they money.My reason was now to lost all the money and i do that i want not play anymore in the casino and deinstall the software. That is not the first time that i became not the money from a casino.But i was dissapoited from scasino i had thrust them.I write a email to manager to give me a statement whats going on today i wait 4 days for an answer.When he send me a email with a statement i post it. Its where good when it gives only one casino thats works like a real when u not must think when u win how became i my money but i think its a dream

From what i can make out, you used to play on a swiss casino site, u cashed out 4 times and fifth time when you tried to cash out they said you didn't get enough points to cash out while u think you have earned more than enough. Then you sent an email to support. I'm not clear whether you lost your money or are scared to lose your money Now u r disappointed with a site you trusted earlier. ********************** I think that either there has been a misunderstanding in which case the support will clear it with you or they have changed the point system/requirements and you missed the update. Check their website to see for latest points system/cashout requirements. If you cashed out earlier its very unlikely that they'll do this on purpose to stop your withdrawal.

no the requirements are the same and the support are in german and i waiting til today for an answer the money was i lost is not the problem i deposit only 50$ these day.

Hi i have wait now more than a week from a answer from support why i can not make a cashout nothing it happens.The only emails that i become was new bonus offers.So i´m think i´m right the site is change from a good to a bad site DONT PLAY AT SCASINO!!!!!!
