Tilt will destroy me.I play well 3 days,and when i get 2-3 bad beats in short period of time,i lose the profit from the past 2-3-4 days and even more.How to manage with tilt???I've even read a psychology article about poker but gotta built a will to press the cancel button when i sense i don't play my best.PLS TEACH ME

New whine for today!!!! BRM has the nerve to take VACATIONS !!! Can you imagine??? OMG and BRM is not mind readers!! WTF !!! I don't hit the request button and they should know that I want the NDB!! What is BRM's problem? ( lol people kill me at times)
