Hey Everyone,
Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for their support when I posted my first days results with my BR. It was awesome getting the br up to 150. Was really great having the support of everyone here too!! Today, I just reached the $100 bonus dollars with the Full Tilt No Deposit promo... which is fuggin great if you ask me, best out there!! My new BR is $560 bones, which is great! And to think it all started with $50 bucks and dreams, well a mouse and computer too I guess Ive been having swings, $560 is the highest Ive been so far on this site, I did get back as low as $164 at one point, but mostly stayed in the 280-330 zone since ive last posted here! Tonight was a good night, I finished 2nd in a $12+1 90 person Double Stack Knockout tourney. I won $20 in knockouts, and second place paid $175.50. So$195.50 minus my buy in, not too shabby for just over 2 hours work!! Not too mention that I unlocked the last $5 of my bonus dollars after that tourney. So 200.50!!!

So as I was writing my post, I was playing in a $6+.50 90 Player Double Stack Knockout.... finished 3rd for 63 bucks, did keep track of bounties I had this time around. The BR is now at 628.27! July 13th was a good poker day for me lol!! I think Im going to play in one more $12 buy in 90 player yadda yadda and then call it an evening...
Gene, is the 5% buy in rule, that the buy shouldnt exceed 5% your BR? Yeah I strictly play tourneys, cash games I suck at!

Ya, I got the rule from Chris Ferguson. If you play mtt then 2% buy in rule is better because you place less often. Only problem is moving down limits if you lose some money. http://www.fulltiltpoker.com/pro-tip/ChrisFerguson/100

Yap it is true what you are saying here. Respecting the bankroll managements should be a rule to all bankrollmob users. This way you can be sure you will never go broke. I am gonna start builiding again my bankroll in August, then i will post my results!

Very good work chipchump. there are very few people who can brag about regular good finishes in tourneys. good luck for future with your bankroll and keep us updated with your results
