Hi. I deposited today money to EVEREST POKER through Moneybookers and while the money deducted from Moneybookers i got a message from Everest saying that they couldnt process the request. I contacted them via online help and they said that they received the request from Moneybookers but havent credited my account yet with the money and they will do it sometime today. Its the first time i deposit money through moneybookers and the money hasnt been credited at once. Never had problems before. Anyone else had such problems with EVEREST poker?

Hi, No never had that problem.. Usually everything does work great there.. Have maid several deposit and withdrawels without problems.. Both Visa and MoneyBookers, so must be some kind of system problems they are having

Yep, i had the same problem yesterday.I e-mail the support team four times before to get an answer after 20 hours, that they will forward my request.This is the most horible support and chat i ever contact with.I asked for refund , but not sure if i will get it.I regred depositing to this room.Really.Good luck Mober.

same here. "couldnt process the request", but all of a sudden the money appeared in my account. BRM says you dont need to use bonuscode...but to active the $200 bonus you have to "add the bonus" and type in "Welcome". oh and watch out. ive never seen so many donks at once lol. one donk calling OK, 5 donks calling = disaster

Well i used the online help 3 times yesterday and i was asking what is going on with my deposit, but they were trying to figure it out so they didnt have any answer to give me besides that they have the request and that they will add the money manually. today i got an email saying that the parameters they had with moneybookers changed and that was why the money didnt add automatically. it was a general problem with moneybookers yesterday but i finally got my money today

Haha ja donks all around ..... When playing NL upto 1$ always expect 3-4 callers even with big raises, so be sure your hands hold, before pushing or just following up on your raise

no problems with deposit,but when doing withdrawl,wow they make it a hassle,never before did I need to do so much to get my winnings,they wanted every thing including screen shot of my moneybookers account,most sites just ask for id, not them they want to no every thing,and every time I log into there client my anti virus starts warning me that trojon horse downloader is spying, they say not to worry though some thing to do with there sercuity..... , after you you re done playing run a virus scan or spyware scan
