Im posting this here, since PayNoRake belong to actionpokernetwork. I do not know if they co-operate, but every time I have sent e-mail to PayNoRake support, i get response from Operations Department with mail address [email protected] (I have also tried to contact their cashier email address but it keeps sending me message back saying address is not valid, I have doublechecked it and it is the same they mentioned in one of their mails still somehow cashies mail doesnt seem to work on PayNoRake)
So I have deposited to PayNoRake 3 times. If i recall right, once by moneybookers.com and twice by my Mastercard. Sums being 70+70+100$ I think. I have been playing low limit NL for a month or two there.
Anyway at 5.7.09 I played 15$ buy-in multi-table tournament, that was 5000$ guaranteed. I have been close to good prices several times. But this time it looked all good. I went to the final table and at the end there were 3 left. With some bad luck during river at all-in situation i lost my set for a flush and ended up 3rd. I was still pleased, finally I have ranked well in the tourney! Took a while! So I won 800dollars out of it.
At the next day 6.7.09 I requested 750$ to be paid by moneybookers.com for me. That would leave me enought low limit NL money for my account. I was happy finally to get something out. So it all seems to go well. They notify me the very same day that my withdraw is being processed soon.
The same day I do get 2 mails from them, another is [email protected] saying "payout denied" (weird that this address sends mail but cannot receive one) and another is from Operations Department which states this:

I'm worried at first but im convincing myself that maybe this is standard procedure. I Scan and mail pictures of all the mentioned documents back to Operations Department. Asking in the same mail "if they would now automatically proceed with this payout or would I need to re-request the payout". I dont get reply for that question in the return mail, but the 750$ is now back in my PayNoRake poker account and the reply to my ID confirmation mail goes like this:

I feel relieved. Sounds good now. So as the 750$ was returned to my account, I do re-request payout for 750$ at the cashier using same method: moneybookers.com The date is 8.7.09 wednesday at this moment. The same day i also get mail that the payout request has been received and I will be noted when it'll be accepted. So I wait. Nothing from them at this week.
At the beginning of next week I'll go see the cashier. Still "pending withdrawal". So at wednesday 15.7.09 while its still pending, I decide to contact them. I try sending mail to [email protected] as adviced on the email from cashier, about "receiving the payout request", in case there is a problem. The [email protected] doesnt seem to work. I get returnmail saying:
This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification. Delivery to the following recipients failed. [email protected]

So, I'll be waiting this payout issue to be solved, hopefully in few days as you mention in your reply about the wire transfer to your Moneybookers account happening today. I have some bills to pay..
I have had good gaming experience in PayNoRake this far, and I hope I can recommend it to the others in future also.
I hope you understand my concern about this matter.
Thats the last one. It has taken 8 days since I was told my ID was confirmed and that my re-request of payout was received. Getting a bit nervous here. Day turning to 17th.

Yes the same thing happened to me. I won first place in a freeze out tournament, winning 500 dollars. Then I tried to cash 400 out and they gave me the same run around. I ended up just blowing all the money because I was mad, deleted that site and never played again... Goodluck..

No way man? Did they say exactly the same things? At the end did they just stop replying for your mails, or what was the last statement you got from them?

hey Cherufe - your withdrawal for $750 should be in the batch going tomorrow - we have been waiting for a transfer from our bank to our moneybookers account to top up the funds and its taken longer than expected to receive the funds. this obviously is no excuse and I am sorry for the delay in the payment. I marked it at the top of the list to be paid tomorrow.
I have also credited $50 compensation to your account to apologise for the delay - i will ensure in future that when you request a payout the funds are processed within the time frame stated.

Allright I have received the payout to my moneybookers account I apologize for my concerns but may you understand that the first withdraw is always the most important, when its much late and youre new to the site, it does make you think.
Anyways. Im happy this is sorted out now, and that I have received my payment. Thanks for your co-operation and the compensation, it's all good. Im looking forward to continue my playing on Action Poker!

I got to say this is very good post, cherufe good job keeping us informed,very glad things worked out for you,as some one who plays on the action network I know have no worries about playing there,I did say I would not play on that network ever,I know find my self playing there every day,and even made a few deposits and had my account verified there(tigergaming), its all the same, the site and network have been good,and I love the facted that a lot of canadains play there......
We are currently implementing Click2Pay as withdrawal method as well - that will be available worldwide - once in place then we will be looking at Visa Withdrawals for players.

Hello,
I am waitiing now over 1 month for my payout of 1570 Dollars!!! I am getting no more replies via email and the LiveSupport didnt work anymore!
Please tell me when I will get my money. I am really upset because I deposited alot already! I cashout to my ecocard account and I deposited yesterday with my ecocard account without problems in 1 min!!!!
This situation is not acceptable...and I will start to post in every important Forum if nothing will happen soon!

The "[email protected]" only sent me standart excuse emails. Now they not answering me any more. I heard about a server crash and this in no problem as long as you keep the users informed about.
