I believe they are waiting to reach a certain level of registered players with a first deposit done in each country in order to release those type of promotions. I dont know how it is in Russia, but in Portugal they offer €5 tickets to people who makes a second deposit of €10. Some friends have acount there and they speak very good about it. I think i will continue waiting for BRM to get in touch with Bwin to release no deposit bonus to portuguese players.

i think many have a betting account on bwin. so a good questions would also be, what if you already have an betting account with them ? are you still eligible for poker? i dont think so. otherwise i remember they offer me $50 for free if i download their pokersoftware. that has been a long while ago though...think 1or2 months after they introduce the poker section on bwin.
i personaly think there wont be a bonus. they only gave the bonus to scandinavians due to the big competitors betsson/unibet.

I have heard good things about this room too, too bad they don't have a bonus for my country. Hoping if they would allow my country players for bonus in future, their betting section is good too
