i have a Q
Ok so this morning i was in the Juno tournament on pokerstars and i was coming second 29k stack after about 2 hours of play were hand for hand couse were one away from cash get delt 89 BB so i check then the board comes 6 7 10 rainbow, ther person comign first is the only one left and he goes all-in so of course i call then he flips over 66 then turn brings a 10

mcsnakey sometimes you get screwed... if he went all in when the 10 came he played it extremely well, but if he went all in after just a 3 of a kind u were robbed i guess.

How are you supposed to control yourself and not go on tilt ? Take a deep breath ? Swallow an egg ? Smash the keyboard/mouse so you cant continue playing?

Simple sollution 2: Learn to shuffle the cards better.
If I read it right you went out on bubble while you was 2nd and lost 2 the no1 stack! Never play the bigstack if you don't need 2 and I think that was obvious the case there.(only premium made hands against bigstack)AA/KK Learn from this and take profit from it in all the games you going 2 play

I think you should learn from every time you wenton tilt and when you have got a feeling that is the same when you went on tilt in the past,stop play poker untill that feeling is gone and you can play on like nothing has happened!
