I like it alot, though my best game is normal 6 man shorthanded. I think HU is the only form of NL where you really can get inside your opponents head. You can study the way he plays and after a while you will start to see a pattern and in that way find out how he plays with specific hands. I also think it's the most important part of a persons game because most hands end up HU. It's also the most dont know the word "not trained" part of poker even though i think it's the most important. I think a good HU player can do alot of damage allmost everywhere. Thats my point of view

M3 your exactly right which is why i enjoy it so much... me as a person im very manipulative.. i can figure people out almsot instantly and have a way of control situations and being in control lol.. plus my style of play can be closely related to that of gus hansens (no were near as good tho) but very erratic.. its hard to figure out what im doing becuase most of the time i dont even no what im doing my style switchs if i were to get A8 5 hands in a row.. the other player wouldnt have a clue... which i think is good in HU.. the key is after i make a move i asses the situation and if i find myself beat ill take my losses before i put myself in a tough spot..

We should hold a HU contest between mobmembers. It would be very interesting! If you guys are interested, let´s make a list of the people who want to participate. Maybe we can go to a pokersite and do these little battles worth $1. If you lose you are knocked out of the tourney. We´ll have HU until only 2 are left. What do you think?

I like hu alot, I never did before till this year where all ive really played was hu. I believe its alot easier to win hu than any other. But would rather play hu cash than sng, where as sng you have to pay the nonsense tourny fee. But i guess u do the same with rake at a table. So i donno which i prefer

Posted by Im2good4u: Still haven't tried heads up as i'm a beginner, but will soon try this out.
You will see how different it is from all the others. Here you will really discover what type of player you are. You should try it as soon as possible. The earlier you attempt to play, the earlier you´ll learn many aspects that HU can teach.

i like the heads up only in real live poker because i can play very intimidating and if u have one opponent and thats me then u will be thinking it al over twice before u put ur chips in and if i bluff then most of the time the opponent fold
but i ussualy have a good strategy (which i wont share or else the whole world will become a pro at least this site then )
