I just registered now and still waiting for the payment, but seems like your age is being questioned. Sites have access to this info so you have to prove them you are eligible to get the bonus. Some sites (like BRM) asks for a picture of person holding id, and to me that is the better way to prove it. Ask bigbet suport what to do, they are the ones who should help you solving your problems. Only after tlaking to them you should talk to BRM admin, if still needing something.
