Dunotra, Much as I'd love to allow Dutch players, we're based in Curacao so as part of our license we're not allowed to take players from the Netherlands or Netherlands Antilies I'm afraid. It's nothing personal I promise!

Im not from the Netherlands so I don't really care either way but y is it that the licence excludes ne1 from there. Are the Dutch at war with Curacao or something or is it like a trade embargo.
If so then do u think ppl from Cuba couldnt join ne sites based in the USA lol

The "catch" with the reward points is that u must deposit first if u want to redeem cash for them Smile.Xa-xa-xa.

Drtom, Curacao is part of the Netherlands Antilies. So it's actually a Dutch Colony (although has just had a referendum on this issue) and classed as being part of the Netherlands. Most jurisdictions won't allow players from where ther license is issued to play there.

If a company has a license in Malta then they will exclude players from Malta etc etc....

Anything redeemed from the rewards page doesnt any further play so you can withdrawal that anything according to their live support but if you withdrawal then you are no longer qualified to continue with the bankroll builder promo.

Just ask their live support Blink

You're actually getting the bonus money to use before you earn it. Most sites require you to rake a certain number BEFORE giving you the bonus to keep, what they done is giving you the bonus to use ahead of time so obviously they will take away what currently level of bonus you're on if you withdraw. Any previous levels you completed is yours to keep as far as i know..

Its actually a better no deposit bonus than any other bonuses you get since the first few levels of the bonus is 90-100% rakeback (10 vip points per $1 raked). Its not good to complain about it since they promotion is "bankroll builder" so if you withdraw, you're not really building a bankroll Confused

my 2 cents. sorry if it sounds offending, donno any other way to reword it (english isnt my first language) Sad

Guys, As DoomsdayVic states we're giving the cash away prior to you 'earning' it. If you choose to come off the Bankroll builder we'll remove the latest level but not any previous ones that you have completed.

Any freeroll winnings are also yours to keep.

Rewards points are there for deposting players (that's how we run our normal bonus and rakeback offers to players) so if we used the normal point calculation we'd be giving you the chance to earn around 25% Rakeback on free money bonuses which are actually running at the equivilant of 100%RB so in effect we'd be giving you free cash and 125% Rakeback. Obviously this isn't exactly the definition of good business.

Jolub, I'd be curious to know what's put you off signing up? I'm open to any and all feedback but I'm struggling to understand how people can find anything negative to say about Free cash with no hidden 'catches'. I'd be greatful for the information if you think there's anything that asn't explained or clear enough so that we can make sure that we're more transparent the next promo we run.

Hi Dlkiv,

We have business operations in Canada and under the terms of our license we are unable to accept players from Holland so can't take players from either of those places. Same with Antigua, Barbuda & Netherlands Antillies.

I am just "one of those players" who is not fond of investing my own $$$ into a site that i have not tried, but you never know in the future. Tongue I have to tell you though, I do admire you for coming on here and responding to players ?'s and concerns. IMO it says alot for your site. Hope you dont "fall away" like some who are site rep's have in the past. Best to you.

Nice to read this.. pls inform to your suports guys , yesterday one of them try to take off some money of a freeroll....now bigbet help me pls with this.

if i have $150 and $60 of them is for reward points.. so if i make a cashout u will take the $35 i earn for this lvl .. right? and ill be disqualified from next bonus.. but obviusly ill still taking reward points because im a deposit player too Smile (i deposit $10 after i losse the first $10 testing the room)

I currently have around 3200 vip points but i've deposited and currently clearing their first deposit bonus of 500$ (not the bankroll builder bonus), both first deposit and bankroll builder bonus very easy to clear because im almost half way through my deposit bonus by playing nl10s and below Smile

Thanks for the support dlkiv! I've been in the industry for many years now and I've worked for some of the biggest companies going and I know the biggest complaint from affilaites and players alike is that they never get anyone to answer their concerns and prepared to stand up and be counted so I can assure you that I'm here to answer questions, either publically or privately. I'm very disappointed that I'm not able to accept you as a player but it was a business decision that I can't overturn! Sad
