when i downloaded players to get my 40 chips i didnt enter the code i thought it was a different spot so i tried to redo it now players says to many accounts at that address did i lose my bonus or can i go to another site ?

i think you have messed up your chance for free chips, best thing would be try contacting players only support if they can retrack your account to brm(but think its highly unlikely) or get bonus for another site, you can try bigbetpoker its available for us players
