1) It doesn't pick numbers, it pick tickets. The more tickets you have, the bigger chance of being picked. It's done by the database, so if you have a beef with it's random number generator, you can conctact Sun
2) Numbers are picked random and changed about once a day, whenever there's another $10 added. If you have a beef with the random number generator, you need to contact Microsoft, as they supplied it
3) Posts, polls, refer users. You don't have to have been a member for months in order to refer a few friends or to write in the forum Only a very little part of BRM is using the forum.

Thank you for the quick and informative response Overall I have no beefs with the system, just it does seem very odd when noobs win not once but multiple times
In regards to your final thought of very few users in the forum, perhaps you could create somthing JUST the the forum users like say a game etc just for forum users to win some points JMO

If a newbie buys 3000 tickets and a veteran buys 100 tickets, who "deserves" to win most and who are most likely to win? Maybe it's because the vet's doesnt play as much as the newbies because they have spent enough MobPoints already, without winning.

You have to admit admin that the majority of winners are noobs. There are many on this forum who not only contribute to BRM through posts , affiliates etc not to mention deposits on sites. I have won the draw once and I think I bought 350 tickets on that one. I can see how many are "irritated" about the noobs winning consistantly as well as 2 of them who have won have been/ are total asses that many are shocked that they are still alowed to be here. Not being argumentative but I know I wonder and from the posts latley others have been as well.
