Don't make such minbets preflop. They will do nothing. As played, fold river. There is nothing you beat there, after the 9 paired, but a stone cold bluff.

I would raise 3 or 4 times preflop. Then maybe a raise after her bet on the flop to see where you are. To be honest these kind of hands are hard to get away from, especially at micro stakes where she could have any 2 cards. You did seem to play the hand very passively on all streets, so you had no idea if you were ahead or not at any time in the hand.

You played bad this hand; first the miniraise made the call of the villain profitable to look for the set and later you only call with overpair in a flop with a flush draw... And better I don¡t speak about the turn and river...
