I vote for PokerStars. I think PS have the highest level because it offers the highest traffic, tournaments schedule and limits to play. That bring regulars players and If you add to that the nice rakebak you can obtain being supernova, it's a magnet for good players.

Think its FTP , nosebleed stakes where all the biggest poker names play, gus , ivey , durr you name it.

Duno how high limits ultimate bet got ? think they also got some high level games.
