Generally there will be T&C on both the BRM bankroll page for the given offer and also of course on the actual poker rooms own site, generally for information pertaining to these sorts of promotions will be found under a "bonus's" section in the general poker room T&C which will outline some basic ground rules for what isn't and isn't considered fair use of a bonus.
Also, as a rule of thumb, most pokerbonus's are strictly for poker. The T&C's I've read for promotions (not this one) have ALL without fail advised that using pokerbonus funds in a casino and/or betting section of the same poker room will result in forfeiture of all account funds. So be careful.

I asked 10bet support, heres their answer:
· Your Poker account has been credited with 15 EUR. · You need to make at least 50 VIP points to be able to withdraw your funds. Your withdrawal is made manually (send us an email). · Please look here: http://www.10betpoker.com/promotions-10bet-poker-.html
Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions,

none of these 'freebies' are ever easy, Takes some luck to clear them. You get nothing for free, they really want you to deposit on top of the no deposit bonus to clear the points, then they hope they have you by the balls. As poker players are just gamblers at heart tbh.
