Well PayPal accepts payments and cashout from Poker room that doesn't accpet US or other country with legal problems.... That's just that... paypal decided that dealing with that legal problems is not worth the effort...

yea as far as i no you cant use pay pal becuase they dont support gambling as was stated above... moneybookers is what most people use apparently but im currently having a little problem with them so i dont no haha
