Hi, I 'm waiting for the free 15 euro to come to my 10Bet account, but when I asked the support they just wonder "what bonus". Now I suspect that I've mixed up the 10Bet username and the 10Bet poker username. What can I do to proceed ? Should I contact the support again and tell them my poker username or should I just let you know, BRM.
My 10bet username is : " Krabbfanga" which I wrote in the form when I requested the bonus. My 10Bet poker username is: " Krabbtask"

Admin, can you please read top of this list. I have informed 10Bet about mixing up username/pokerusername. Can you please confirm 10Bet about my pokerusername which is "Krabbtask" . and not Krabbfanga which is my username. Thanx in advance!
