Bonus Gift Cards are a disapointment  +3
I requested my gift request for Everest Poker last month and RedKings Poker last week. I read and followed bankrollmob 's instruction really carefully. Both of them just required 100 SP in Everest Poker and 100 points in Redkings Poker. Then I earned exactly >124 SP in Everest Poker an 263.7 points in Redkings Poker.

Now, I received the email in bankrollMob and said that: " It appears, according to our information, that you have not qualified yet. It is required that you qualify according to our rules for this offer, before you can avail your bonus/gift". I didn't know what is wrongs with my account or I do sth wrongs ?

Beside, I also sent emails for my problems. However I didn't receive any responses.I waited for a long long time for my gifts. But I was rejected Aww crap!

Disagree Do you have any ideas about this ?? DISAPPOINTED

That's not the way it's supposed to be, of course.

Can you please post the support ticket number(s) you received when contacting our support? You would have received such a ticket id within an hour after sending the mail, it's done automatically. It starts with "LTK" and then a long number. Then I can look it up and see what might have happend with your e-mail and start kicking some butt if necessary.

If you also have the same problem, I think it isn't our fault. What should I believe for ?

------------
I have just received the response and I sent 2 screenshots of my poker sites to verify it. I hope I will receive my mobpoint asap. Worship

as far as i remember on everest you need to "rake 100 hands"...not 100 points. + at least a $50 deposit. so maybe you didnt read it carefully enough?

Your gift request for everest was approved over a month ago.

The one for redkings, you have not yet claimed your gift - so to us, this is the same as saying you have not completed the requirements yet and you're still working on it. We only check (and process) gift requests once you claim them from your mob account.

I know about that. I also post a topic about 100 rake hands or 100 points needed. After I request gift cards in Everest poker, BankrollMob updated new rule "100 points". But I don't care because I earned > 400 SP before I wasted most of them in SP poker tables. Big Smile

To T3ddyKGB:

Isn't it easier to rake 100 hands than 100 summit points?

100 hands in a heads-up cashgame 5NL equals 100 raked hands right?

Points on the other hand a normally a lot harder to get.

That's what ive read about Everest poker too.
That you needed 100 raked hands , which i got, and after my thread in the forum
I got an email saying i was rejected.
It also says to meet the requirements and try again.
What are the requirements?
I cant find any link and im pretty sure that ive read them right about the raked hands.
And my deposit was also 50$ as stated in the post regarding the req.
Any ideas? Smile

I was to slow to take the offer myself, but if I remember correctly they changed the requirements at some point to 150 summit points instead (maybe even more that 150 - don't remember this exactly).

To begin with it was 100 raked hands though....

???
When did they change that?
cause i didnt notice any change.
and i requested the gift on 20th of July with at least 100 raked hands which was the req.
i opened the account on everest on 15th of july so i doubt any changes were taking place by
the time i made the request.
So im awating the ok the requirements change and i get a rejection? lol
thats not right.
and i still dont know what the requirements are now.

I got the rejection mail on 26th of August after opening a thread about how much longer i had to wait, and i applied on 20th of July Sad

I think that you are right. Try to get the 1 from Poker777...

I think it changed around the 25th of july, but I am not sure.

I asked poker770 what exactly a rake is?

They answered me back that only a raked hand at a minimum 0,25/0,50 cashtable counts as a rake. (with regards to their giftcard promotion)

So actually it is kind of cheating, because it is so easy to misunderstand.

I think BRM should be more specific in these promotions. Maybe similar rules applys to your Everest Poker giftcard too.....

Try and ask Everest Support.
