Not necessary with infractions. Begging is against our rules, we ban them according to what mood I'm in and how 'bad' I think their offense is. First timers usually doesn't get permaban unless they try to refer our members to their own sites. Beggers can anything from a week to a month. 2nd time they do it, it's out for good.
