do you have problems in www.bigbetpoker.com today? I reformated my pc and i'll try to reinstall my bigbet software but the site seems not working today!

I cant access their cashier or bigbetrewards.com either this past 2 weeks
I've been asking their live support to redeem my points for me these days.. I think i'll have a problem when the time comes for me to withdraw after i completed their first deposit bonus..

i am having problem with their site bigbetrewards.com only but none with their software and cashier, they are running fine.

Nope i can't, everytime i try to it shows "Internet explorer cannot display the webpage". Their live support says might be my computer problem, but i've tried it on both my laptop and desktop.
I've even tried it at icafes with the same result. I think it might be the internet company here in new zealand blocking their ip .

I am new to bigbet, and just got the $10 bankroll, seems to be working fine for me. Find it odd that it has both a client, and browser functionality. But hey, new to site...

do you have a popupblocker? new browser version? did you google your explicit problem? there are many reasons that it doesnt run.. if everybody else is ok you should look up your own pc and as you saied you formatet your pc, so maybe its better to get the software up to date and then try it again
tell us please when you found a solution, others might have the same problem..
Hi Guys. Any problems then please come through our live support and we'll try and resolve any indiviual probelms you have. Doomsday, we're checking the IP situation but there's nowhere blocked by country, the most likely situation is that your ISP is blocking the IP.
