Hi,
Every week or so I try and request the bigbet offer, however, when i click the link to the bigbet site on the request page it just times out trying yo get there..
I figured it was just something to do with settings on my PC, since no-one else seems to have posted a problem..
However, just today I try it from my gf's PC and the same thing happens..
I do not wish to type address for bigbet in my browser or follow google links or something in case I don't get the BRM cookie this way.
Has anyone else had this problem ??
Maybe a couple people can test it for me ?? (go to bankrolls, click info on bigbet, then click request, on that page it has a "click here" link to bigbets site, this is the link that never works for me)

I'm not that fussed if I can't get the offer.. I play mainly on PKR anyway.. But, just curious now if this is only me or if others have this problem ??

I'm very good with computer related issues and it doesn't seem to be a local issue for me, especially no I've tried on a completely different computer/net connection

yea i have been having that problems for a while for god knows what reasons and even happen when i use alot of my friends pc and laptop. but after a while the problem goes away lol.. nway the best u can do is wait a bit and contact their live customer service help

Try to find the most recent thread of Bigbet poker and ask ur question there, or redirect the Rep to your opened thread. I am sure they will find U a solution

Hi Guys,
I'm not sure why you're getting this error. It seems to be related to certain ISP's as we don't block anywhere based on county from accessing the site. I ahve already escalated this with our IT team an they are reviewing it but as it seems to be sporadic it's tough to find the solution. If you could provide me with as many details as possible (especially the tech-savvy amoung you) it would help considerably.
Obviously it's in my interest to get this resolved so the more info you can provide the better.

------------ Just had an update from my IT guys and tey have found some IP restrictions based on an old DDoS attack we had while back. They have reroute these so if you still have problems then please keep me updated
