22 year old Vivek Rajkumar defeated Sang Kim heads up and became $1.4 million richer in the 2008 Borgata poker open in Atlantic City. Sang Kim received $750.000 for his second place and Dan Heimiller got $387.000 for third place.

Vivek started off his poker career online a few years ago and has since then been winning around $300.000 and also managed to reach the final table in a WSOP event. But with this win of 1.4 million dollars, Vivek really took a huge step in the right direction in his career as a professional poker player.

This is how the final hand was played.

Sang Kim starts with a raise on the button and Vivek reraises to 2.5 million more. Kim then moves all in and Vivek calls.
