This is not BRM fault. It comes from the poker sites. Maybe email Titan support and ask them.
Titan is a good site. I highly recommend playing there, if possible.
blesa, are you sure Titan allows your country? Check with them first to be sure. If they do allow your country, then it is BRM who do not allow you (likely for legal or marketing reasons). Because you said other sites offer your country free bankrolls at Titan...you may want to double check that as well.
