The World Poker Final, played at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut, is now down to only 8 players after 4 days of play, and Jonathan Little is the player to keep an eye out for. Little has won both the WPT's Season VI Mirage Poker Showdown and Season VII Foxwoods World Poker Finals and the WPT Season VI Player of the Year Award. In other words, he now has the chance to capture his third WPT title! Below you can see who the 8 remaining players are and how many chips (and big blinds) they have left.

Seat 1. Steven Brackesy - 984,000 (82 BBs)
Seat 2. Chris Klodnicki - 534,000 (44 BBs)
Seat 3. Daniel Santoro - 1,249,000 (104 BBs)
Seat 4. Christian Harder - 1,437,000 (119 BBs)
Seat 5. Bob Carbone - 263,000 (21 BBs)
Seat 6. Andy Frankenberger - 486,000 (40 BBs)
Seat 7. Jonathan Little - 504,000 (42 BBs)
Seat 8. Eli Berg - 227,000 (18 BBs)

The action will resume at 12:00 noon local time and then go on a break when there are 6 remaining players. The final table will be televised and be played tomorrow. The winner will take home $449,910, and the runner-up will get $266,271. All the players who make it to the final table are guaranteed at least $83k each - about 8 times the buy-in.

Don’t think Little will have much chances to win this one, he isn’t very well ranked in the final table, so he has a lot to work in order to keep there till the final three at least. I wouldn’t bet on him, that’s for sure, with only 42 BBs...
