Day 3 of the $10k H.O.R.S.E. Championship has come to an end. Even though there are only 2 players left, Fabrice Soulier (from France) and Shawn Buchanan (from Canada), the tournament director called it a day as 10 levels had been played. Yes, there is a 10-level rule at the WSOP. This rule was clearly not so popular amongst the 2 finalist who wanted to continue playing and get it over with.
Anyhow, both players will return to Rio's poker room tomorrow at 3:00 PM PT and continue the heads-up until a winner has been crowned. Fabrice Soulier is the big favorite to take down the tournament since he has a huge chip advantage over his opponent, Buchanan. The winner will get $609,130 and a gold bracelet. The runner-up will not walk away empty handed either since the 2nd place pays $376,458. May the best player win!
