More and more American poker pros decide to leave US for countries where online poker is accepted. For example, Phil "OMGClayAikebn" Galfond is now located in Vancouver, Canada. Also Vanessa Selbst and Oliveier Busquet have emigrated to other countries, and Brian Hasting and Daniel "Junglman12" Cates, two of the biggest names in the high stakes scene online, are also about to move. One of the latest pros to announce a move is Justin "ZeeJustin" Bonomo. His new destination will be Malta in Europe and he hopes to be there for the WPT tournament on September 20th.

Banned from PokerStars
Bonomo was banned by PokerStars due to multi-accounting in the beginning of 2006. After years of what PokerStars has deemed to be good behavior, they lifted the ban and gave him a last chance in 2009. This year he's up about half a million dollars at PokerStars. Apart from the 3-year ban from PokerStars, Bonomo's poker carrier has been great with many final tables at WSOP and WPT. In total, he has almost 3 million dollars in live tournament earnings.

I just cant help thinking how messed up the US is when I read this sort of stuff, you can buy a gun at the local store, but can't play poker.
Now millions of $ will be leaving the US rather than gathering tax.
