There are now only 55 players left in the EPT Prague Main Event. All the remaining players are guaranteed to get away with a min-payday of €15,000 - with the chance of laying hands on the first place prize of €835,000!
The Day 1 and Day 2 chip leader Iosef Beskrovnyy (601,000) is no longer in the lead. Andreas Berggren (845,000), from Sweden, was the first to overhaul the chip lead of Beskrovnyy during Day 3, but eventually several other players managed to overhaul him, including his fellow countryman Ramzi Jelassi (1,238,000) who found aces against queens at the end of the day and took down the first seven-figure pot of the tournament. Besides Jelassi, Team PokerStars Pro Johnny Lodden (456k), Fabrice Soulier (265k) and Todd Terry (138k) are 3 well-known players that made it through to Day 4.
Day 4 will start in a few hours. The plan is to play down from 55 to 24. We will be back with another brief update tomorrow!
