Yesterday the first starting day of World Poker Tour Prague (re-entry event - 3 starting days) kicked off and saw a field of 115 players. 54 of them made it through the day, and Pasi Jaakko Heinanen (picture) from Finland had the largest pile of chips (193,800) when the tournament director called it a day. Today it's time for Day 1B and famous players such as Liv Boeree and Kevin MacPhee will make sure that it will be a thrilling day of poker.

I would like to see Liv Boeree getting further on a tourney, can’t remember the last time I heard about her on a final table of a big event. This doesn’t mean she’s losing qualities, only that things aren’t running that good, or that those tourneys that she plays better aren’t that much talked about on the news, and so I don’t hear about them.

Good to se big Poker tournament back in my city (Prague). We got there tons of EPT tournaments, but not WPT i think.Anyway good luck to all and i hope some czechian guy make it from re-buy to final table for example. If i will have time, i will come to spect it tomorow.
On the second starting day of the WPT Prague, 179 players entered the event. Some may have been re-entrants who busted on Day 1a, but the majority were new arrivals - including several of the best-known players in the tournament.
