World Series of Poker bracelet winner Todd "Dan Druff" Witteles has launched a site dedicated to keep cheaters and fraudsters away from the poker community. The site features a blog from Witteles and a forum where poker players can discuss poker cheaters and how to avoid them. Also, there will be a radio show on the site in the near future.

"Why did I start this site? Because I love the game of poker. And because I hate what the scumbags and criminals are doing to it. Prior to the "boom" of 2003, the poker community was small and close-knit. Cheating was localized to a few people engaging in collusion or other small-time scams. Times have changed. Poker has become big business, and the massive amount of money involved has attracted many bottom-feeders of our society," Wittleles writes on his site.

The first step is given, now I think Todd "Dan Druff" Witteles should gain the confidence of some of the biggest online poker rooms - if not all - to be on his side, so we could all know no one likes criminals and that everyone is fighting against illegality on poker, especially on online poker.

It's interesting and i thing is a really good thing for those that stake people to play...

There are the biggest scammers in the poker world, as long as you play for yourself nothing bad can happen Smile

It's a fantastic idea, I hope you manage what you intend to do both for you and the entire poker community.

Well @pochui, I am not a geek in what concerns to computers, but if someone creates an international data base with all the information about all online players on all rooms and cross all of it, to gather the most info about each one, and start seeking for troublemakers out there on the sites, with the help of the sites, then this guys would have more difficulties to act. Of course they would also improve their way to be pirates, but it would be a start. Let’s wait and see what will be the news about the Todd "Dan Druff" Witteles project!

What kind of cheats are done in poker other than collusion?
 Greenmohave08/03/2012 02:22:54 GMT
It's not the players that are the cheats / scumbags in which we know to whom and what he's refering. As long as you have management personnel that you can't monitor 100% or close friends in which you can trust, all business ventures seems to be a challenge. Hope the man opens a great site with great people to support his dream.

except collusion what else to be count? For instance: i head opinion that using of PokerTracker and other software is some unfair action/cheat compairing to those not using it. Lets waiy for better descripsion and/or list of cheat tricks comming...
