Both starting days of the 2013 World Poker Tour Caribbean Main Event in St. Maarten are in the books now and there are 107 of 191 players remaining. The overall chip leader is Ebony Kenney (picture) with 174,000 chips, and she will be joined to Day 2 by notables such as Marvin Rettenmaier (104,400), Mike Watson (45,500), Tobias Reinkemeier (25,800) and Will Failla (22,500).

We will be back with another brief update tomorrow (the prize pool should be announced by then).

Ebony Kenney takes a nice chip stack to day 2 and it will be nice to see how she progresses. Tobias Reinkemeier stands out out of all the big names. He is a great player but there is a long way to go

I totally understand why this event is always succesful, i mean who will say not to a trip to caraibe Smile

Pretty interesting to see Ebony as chip leader in this stage but it's too soon to consider that this advantage can give the push to the final table for her.

Knowing the chip leader at this stage is like knowing who's leading a gold tournament on after the first day.

Anyone in this tournament must be grinning being out there, never mind making money, look outside the window Smile
