WPT Fallsview Poker Classic: Matthew Lapossie is the Winner

On Monday, the last 10 players returned to the Fallsview Casino Resort (Ontario, California) for the third and final day of play of World Poker Tour Fallsview Poker Classic Main Event.

After several hours of play, Day 1 chip leader Matthew Lapossie, from Canada, was the last man standing after defeating Dylan Wilkerson heads up for the title and a sweet $342,266 - the largest score of his poker career! Besides the prize money, he received a ticket to the WPT World Championship (will be played in Atlantic City in April, 2014).

I havent got one slightly small idea about who these people are. But the ticket is a sweet prize for sure on the top of the 300k mountain so it probably worth the effort they did put in.
He maybe got the two hostess for the night also - at least he didnt hooverhanded the situation on the photo, so job well done!

Wow nice hostess that what my eyes first got two, they are hot, anyway congratulations to Matthew Lapossie for the win, his name sounds both french and english, his first name english and lapossie is french I think. Anyway cheers nice event, can't wait for other events to start and watch poker played on tv!

that tourney was played in Niagara Falls Ontario Canada not ontario california

how many people were there anyways, first few places were really nice prizes (plus the ticket for the winner!). And what was BI there, if its anything close to $5 i might jointhis even next year o,o

Congratulations to the winner, i bet that this was an important win for him considering that this was also his largest win on a live event Smile

Maybe we will here more from him considering that in the prize he also got an ticket to the WPT World Championship Big Smile

congrats to the the winner and all this future successes I personally could have had a free chance to compete at this live event online but I lost on step 6 and won $300 Tournament dollars instead lol but Im happy for the winner Smile

Congratulations to Matthew Lapossie for winning this Tournament. He is not a player i have heard of but he must have played really well to lead from day 1 and to take down the first prize

Unsurprisingly the girls on either side found his sexiness increased significantly upon him winning the main prize of 300k plus.

unusual for a chip leader to do the biz as well. nice to see I guess. the WPT events seem to always have sweet prizes.
