Day 2c of the 2017 World Series of Poker Main Event concluded with 1,524 players and Englishman Artan Dedusha in the chip lead with 680k in chips. Not far behind Dedusha in the final Day 2C chip counts was Ryan Hughes (picture), a US poker pro who has a fantastic winning streak this summer with a couple of final tables and and 15 cashes!
Hughes is currently in fourth place in the WSOP Player of The Year Race, behind John Racener, Chris Ferguson and the leader, John Monnette. Ferguson and Racener are both out of the Main Event, but Monnette is still alive and kicking after finishing Day 2C with 81,000.
Notables to made it through Day 2C with big stacks include Javier Zarco (405,000), Jared Jaffee (402,000), Adam Levy (280,000), Paul Wasicka (272,000), Mustapha Kanit (240,000), Cathy Dever (228,000), Tom Cannuli (221,100) and Joe Serock (220,000).
