Travis "DramaticDegen" Darroch turns $22 into $106,308

It's indeed a great Sunday for Travis "DramaticDegen" Darroch of partypoker Team Online as he turned a humble $22 into a six-figure sum on November 17th.

The Canadian poker pro had not expected to win a huge amount when he logged in to his partypoker account and started another Twitch stream.

Darroch managed to grab a spot in this week's $1M GTD partypoker MILLION via a $22 buy-in satellite. The satellites run round the clock and have great value.

A total of 4,472 players have been whittled down to the final eight, and all finalists have locked up at least $9,490 for making it to the final table.

Darroch settled in 3rd place, winning a whopping $106,308! from just a $22 buy-in! and the cherry on top is that he was streaming it live on his Twitch channel for everyone to see and rejoice with him.

Congratulations also to ‘theteacheray' for finishing 2nd ($107,915) and to ‘vem kikando' who became the champion for $114,876.

this is nice story for this poker player!everything started with 22 $ satellite and then he come on final table,where three players made deal,so almost all of three players got same amount!over 106 K is on his account now and probably he didnt expect much when he started to play it!congratulations!

Yes, this is a wonderful story to turn 22 dollars into such a good winning amount of money .... of course, in order to become a winner, he had to put in a lot of brain effort to play correctly, but of course, he also said good luck .... without it, it’s very difficult to win a tournament. ... but in any case, my congratulations .... it's nice when people win through the satellite

I see that they say that he is poker pro and that he is party poker team,so probably he had some big winnings in life,when they signed him,but this kind of money probably he didnt won!I think that we expect more news from this player!

If you are lucky, you are luck.

This is a great win for him! He probably already had a decent amount in his bankroll to justify playing $22 buy-ins on a swingy format as sattelites where you're not guaranteed any return even if you win. But still, really good return on his initial investment, well done for him!

It's always nice to be able to win a nice amount of money but for us this thing is almost unattainable. These professional players go on a pattern where you have the impression that they see your cards in your hand. It is very difficult for them to pay you and you are disappointed that you cannot increase the stack. Anyway, congratulations for the players of final table.

I played Satellite tonight at america's poker .... the tournament was free there and the winner of this tournament could take part in the tournament for $ 50,000 .... I got to the final table and was the leader among 5 players .... But that's all happened at night and I really wanted to sleep .... so probably my game has changed and in the end I could not win the tournament ..... very sorry Sad

I'm sorry for you. I know this feeling and many tournaments are over after it passes many hours of the night. Poker rooms offer a program that is beneficial for the West, including the UK which has a time zone with two hours earlier, than in my country.

This winner is a professional but you can also turn a sum of $ 22 into 5k or 10k. That's if you know how to play poker and to catch a major tournament where to catch a final table. This is super hard but if you have skills, then you can do good things.

I've turned 2 dollars into $750 before but that was on a slot game and playing those requires no skill at all just pure luck most of the time. So if you do it tuat way it's not super hard as you mentioned but nevertheless it's quite rare feat even among recreational gamblers.

I know this player DD, i used to watch him on twitch, him Tonkaaaa, Assassinato and couple of more, all i can say about DD it was about damn time he won big numbers, hes good, a bit on a tight side, but a good grasp of the game all in all.
I used to ask for a song for him to play on his stream, so at least i would not fall a sleep while watching, he also doesnt talk much Big Smile

such dreams have a large number of people who do not have enough money to participate in major tournaments ... therefore too many people are trying to get involved in major tournaments through satellites .... and accordingly this is a very time-consuming task ... almost impossible ... but I wish you good luck in your efforts

also top 3 made a deal that really helped him secure a great amount even though finishing 3rd
