888poker has teamed up with its ambassador Kara Scott to bring you ‘The Heart of Poker' podcast which delves into the mind of poker players. The very first episode features Chris Moorman.

‘The Heart of Poker' aims to go behind the scenes of poker, exploring what makes the top poker players win and get some insights on how to keep on winning!

Team888 member Kara Scott's first guest for her newest podcast segment is British pro Chris Moorman, known as the world's top online poker player with a current total of $15,656,301 in total online earnings. You may have already heard other interviews with Moorman1, but of course this newest podcast guarantees you'll hear new stuff you've never heard him say before.

Going Beyond the Psychology of Poker Players
Kara is using a modified version of the questions developed by psychologist Arthur Aron of Stony Brook University. Aron designed the questions to see if he could make two people fall in love and even though romance isn't the goal of this podcast, vulnerability and authenticity definitely are.

Kara intends to interview well-known poker players in ways not done in the past, by getting into a personal level and opening up the hearts of various famous players. She strives to create a deep connection with her guests, both on and off the felt using 36 questions that become progressively more intimate, trying to get to know them better in the quickest way possible.

Moorman's Stories On and Off the Felt
Moorman tells stories he's never told before and opens up about his life on and off the poker felt.

Kara begins the podcast, "My first guest is British Pro, Chris Moorman - the most-accomplished online poker tournament player in the world...His poker chops have never really been in question. He's lucky enough to be married to the fantastic American poker player, Katie Lindsay. And, honestly, having heard him tell stories about wedding from four years ago almost made me cry. So, he definitely has a softer side. Thanks for being the first guest, Chris. It's quite brave of you. Have you ever heard of the experiment before?"

He answered, "No, but I'm feeling a lot of pressure after that introduction!"

Kara also asked Chris regarding how he finds it easy to get to know people socially. Also in the podcast they talked about kids, accents and culture (Chris is married to an American).

Listen to the first episode of The Heart of Poker Podcast with Kara Scott to get to know Chris Moorman like you never have before.

Unfortunately the last decisions of this room which is called 888 poker are not good at all and it gives me the impression that they want to remain without many customers. It's hard to make money here and the software is not at all generous with you. I'm upset about this...

I like Kara Scott and Chris Moorman so I think I will have to tune into to to hear what they have to say and see whether I like what they are saying. It will be interesting to see how his is managed and promoted to make it different from many of the other offers available from a range of poker providers but nice that it starts with Kara and Chris. Give it a go at least!

Sounds good to me. I listen a lot of podcasts - especially ones with a theme about sports and entertainment in general so this might end up being in my alley after all. I'll defintely try it out if she would speak with a couple more well-known players.

I like to see some very good tips, but this thing will not happen because that would mean for these professional players to show their secrets. The others who follow will realize certain defects and it will not be good for Kara Scott and Chris Moorman.

I mean it's not all that secretive about how the top players could stay on their top game but I would imagine this podcast is more about the sport in general and the guests will tell their usual stories and things about themselves many of us already know.

I've seen different videos that didn't use me at all and any professional player can have big problems when he shows his skills, but if other things will be discussed here, will be ok for them. I don't think it's anyone so naive to do that thing to which i referred.
