The 2023 World Series of Poker full schedule has now been released by the WSOP this February 2023.
The richest, most prestigious and longest-running poker series - the World Series of Poker (WSOP) is back this year to bring an unforgettable live poker action for everyone!
2023 World Series of Poker
- May 30 to July 18, 2023
- Horseshoe Las Vegas and Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino
- Highlight: $10,000 WSOP Main Event World Championship
- Satellites for several events
The 54th annual WSOP returns to the Las Vegas Strip from May 30 to July 18, 2023 at the Horseshoe Las Vegas and Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, offering more variety, more tables and the biggest slate of bracelet events ever scheduled in its history.
This year, a total of 95 bracelets - the most at a live WSOP in history - will be awarded across a span of seven weeks.
Also, there will be 20 bracelets awarded on WSOP.com in the merged network of New Jersey and Nevada, while the segregated markets of Pennsylvania and Michigan will each award seven bracelets.
The 2023 WSOP builds on the momentum of a successful 2022 tournament season that saw 197,626 players from over 100 countries and an incredible $347.9 million total prize pool in its new home. This upcoming summer event shall feature the largest capacity in series history - 608 tables spread across more than 200,000 square feet of convention space, a 24/7 live cash game action including an all-new permanent Hall of Fame poker room at the Horseshoe Las Vegas, and the first-ever $300 price point tournament in the history of the WSOP.
2023 WSOP Main Event
The highlight of the 2023 WSOP will be the $10,000 NLHE World Championship, best referred to as "The Main Event", which is scheduled July 3 to 17.
Last year's WSOP Main Event attracted a total of 8,663 entrants, the second-largest field in the history of live poker.
The main attraction of the WSOP, the $10,000 buy-in Main Event, will play down to a final table of nine players on Friday, July 14. The winner will then be crowned after a two-day final table action on July 16 and 17.
In an effort to make sure that this year's Main Event is the biggest ever, WSOP officials are doing what they can to achieve that, by offering numerous satellite options and also a great idea they came up with - all entrants in the field will be placed into a raffle draw, and one of them could win a non-transferrable Main Event buy-in for the next 30 years!
Satellites
Want to join in on the WSOP action but don't want to break the bank? Good news, as this year's WSOP has plenty of satellite events available. These satellites give you the chance to win your way into a big buy-in event for less!

SVP & Executive Director of the WSOP Ty Stewart said:
"With the momentum generated from the WSOP's debut on the Las Vegas Strip last year, we expect a record-breaking WSOP and World Championship at Paris and Horseshoe Las Vegas in 2023. If the Main Event is on your bucket list, this is the year to get to Vegas."
