Michael Kuhlman, 36, was shot and killed in his home in Saginaw Township, USA in May 2012 while hosting a poker party. One man was charged in the case, 24-year-old Quintel West, but on Monday the trial was delayed after the defence attorney claimed to have found a witness that could help her client.
