That the budget airline Ryanair have plans for an in-flight online gambling system is nothing new. Already back in 2005, Michael O'Leary, chief executive at Ryanair had these kinds of ideas. He believed that revenue from gaming and gambling could eventually do away with the need for air fares. But not until now, 4 years later, these plans are highly topical.
