The final table of six is finally set after 5 intensive days of play at Bellagio in Las Vegas. It took about 9 hours of play for the final 21 players to become a final table of 6 in the 5th day of the tournament. Dan Smith, a very experienced live tournament player with over $4.5m in winnings to date, bagged up the largest stack (3.9 million) at the end of play, and the only other player to accumulate over 3 million chips was Gary Benson (3.1 million).

The World Poker Tour Five Diamonds World Poker Classic has been running over the weekend at Bellagio in Las Vegas. A total of 449 players entered the competition and there are 59 players remaining after 3 days of play. The chip leader is Don Nguyen with 774,500, and he will be joined at the poker tables tonight by several poker stars, including Dan O'Brien (504,500), Brian Rast (459,500), Joe Serock (430,000), Jeff Madsen (353,500) and Scotty Nguyen (149,500).

The money bubble will burst when 45 players remain, which should occur early in Day 4. A minimum cash is worth $21,700 and the winner will take home an increadible $1,161,135! Tune back in tomorrow for another update!
