Dear manager, you sent me the letter of the following contents "We have completed your gift request for PKR. Unfortunately we had to reject your request.
The rejection is usually because one of the following reasons:
* Your PKR account is an older account that was made before you signed up trough BankrollMob.com.
* You did not use the correct and specified bonuscode, when creating your PKR account."
I contacted pkr suuport and they confirmed that my account is adhered to them. further john from online support communicated with your support and you as confirmed that my account is adhered. I executed all other conditions, in what a problem? why to me can't pay my honest earned mob points. And I didn't enter any bonus a code. everything I confirm it with correspondence with support pkr.

After getting 1500 PKR points paying rake, I requested the poker gift; BRM aswered that I didn't win enogh points althogh I had more than 6500 total points (including 5000 of the PKR gift). So, I won like 500 points more before asking the gift again.
If you are sure your PKR account is tracked to BankRollMob, get some more points playing before requesting the gift again. Anyway, don't worry; sooner or later you will get the gift. BRM never let you down, just make you wait

That's true, but I admit that sometimes things doesn't always go as fast as we would like them to - and unfortunately it's rarely something we can do anything about, since it involves waiting for the poker sites to get back to us when we have special requests/cases.

Sorry to hear you're off to a rough start, but don't worry as long as you did it alight you'll definitely get your points. Admin is looking into it for you, be patient though, it often takes some extra time to do something outside the box.

We all have to understand that BRM has to contact the poker sites when we request some bonus or gifts and those things take time. We need to have this team (BRM) in consideration because, in fact, they are working for us, helping us with all this advantages. But, attackerest, you did well in revealing your difficulties, things have to be talked about so that everyone can keep clarified for further similar situations.

There is also the 10 dollars instant bonus thing if i remember correctly, i know that you need to earn a total of 2500 pkr points if you take that instant 10 dollars gift on your first deposit...
As admin said if everything is okay you should get your mob points

Anyone else having problem seeing the images from this thread? I keep getting on all of them : 403 forbidden and below that it says nginx.
About the gift attackerest if it was only BRM in the process you would have got it in the same day. Its the poker sites that delay things. I hope you will get it soon.

Attackerest, your photo links no longer works, they give an error. Can you please fix, as otherwise it will be impossible for our support to view your proof when they get to your case.

I'm afraid your case is going to take a while to fix. I've been informed by the guy who handles our poker gifts, that when we asked PKR about your account, they told us you were not eligible. But according to your screenshots, you should be. We'll have to get in touch with them again to try to solve it and we cannot guarantee how fast or slow they will be in replying to us.

whom exactly you contacted? name? I simpler itself will contact a support. because everything is too tightened, everything can be solved much quicker. I think my case is not daily routine
