That's actually a good point, that would make it tricky to do. I guess you'd have to change the constitution, and I'm not sure exactly what would be required, probably a whole lot of people who want it changed and are willing to revolt to see it done.
Although I imagine the monarchy would have the power to change it, and maybe they would if the people felt strongly about it. (Not that they do yet, necessarily)
