It always amazes me when these players go on runs like this guy. Confidence must be through the roof which improves reading and decision making.

Wow it is so refreshing to hear news about new guys winnings, this shows that poker is getting hard but if you have the will and work for it, you can still achieve something.

Just look around at all those new guys coming out of the shadows every years, it shows that poker is still a profitable game.

Also he won this event by beating Mercier and Juha, two fearsome players, congratulations again to him, hope he continue with this and we hear more from him in the future!!

I really thought Juha will take this since he has tons of live experience and was chip leader but it seems once again he couldn't take the first place...

I guess the only consolation for him was that the first prize was not too big. Even a msmall prize is okay if you get a bracelet i guess.

I guess to a successful long time player,...the bracelet is what they're really after! Just consider Phil Helmuth. When you see him talk about the issue,...you know he has a hunger to increase his bracelet count, because he already has the cash by the barrel full... By the time you get to THAT level it's more about the ego, and to secure yourself a place in the record books!

Now the newcomer might want the bracelet,....but I'm sure it's the cash they probably want more,....and with continued successful play,....the name will come along with that.

Nice to see the fresh blood score a win! Dollar Thumbs Up

These top poker players ability never ceases to amaze me. They seem to be so adaptable to all forms of poker. Jeremy Ausmus, Jason Mercier and Juha Helppi are top top no limit hold em players and to be just as good at Pot Limit Omaha is unbelievable
