Hello Everyone!

We know there's been some players wanting us to pop in here, so we're very happy to open this thread and help answer to any of your questions or concerns.

As the ACR Rep, my goal will be to make sure your opinions and feedback are heard by those making the decisions and help make your experience at America's Cardroom is a good one.

This is the place to vent, share your poker hands, comment and suggest anything you want ( but let's keep it friendly).

We look forward to hearing from you! Thumbs Up

Hello, WPN.
Welcome to the BankrollMob forum.

I have an existing Americas Cardroom (ACR) account, which was not created through the link on this forum.
Please let me know how to (if possible) link the ACR account to the BankrollMob account. (Or is it too late for that now?)

Your clarification will be greatly appreciated.

I have look at your terms & conditions and i do not see any requirements to cash out money earned in freerolls. Do you have requirement for these earnings?

I also saw that you are accepting echeck for deposit and cash out. I would like to know if there are charges for these transactions and also your exchange rate for Canadian money.

One last question is it in your project to have a leaderboard with BRM.

Thanks for your answers. Smile

Please start hiring competent live chat representatives who can construct coherent sentences themselves.

Ok WPN, right off the bat, welcome to the forum Thumbs Up
Now the question, i know ACR and Duckpocker use the same software, which i found later by playing, that if i had duckpoker or ACR on i cant play on the other, which leads me to believe that both software's are owned by the same company, which if it is the case, i am gonna be brutally frank here, if u are anything like duckpoker, i will recommend to all players to avoid your software like the plague it self, we had very bad, let me say that again, BAD, BAAAAAAAAADDDDDDDDDDD experience with duckpoker, so i sincerely hope u are not going to be like them. i am talking bout, drawing money out of their software, first they ask u to make enough points so u can take your hard earn money out, and after u do that, right away comes the blocking of your account, which they ask you for some documents, right after u provide those documents, they go dark, no where to be found, and no response from their customer support.
So the question is, are u gonna be the same thing as duck poker???

I just went to the AMC site and tried to chat with someone telling them that if their rep. do not answer questions here i wonder what would be their customer service if we have to contact them for a problem.

After telling me twice to wait for someone to chat they came back and said that there was nobody in the moment to chat and send them a mail.

This is not looking to good to me for opening an account there. Confused Confused Confused

lmfao talk about shrewd marketing here- open an official thread with no one asking and fail to answer any question for like 3 days only... he probably forgot his password... don't despair official representative dude- you can always create another brm account... and don't forget to use your free safe shot, also be active on the forum- you can get 10 mobpoints for every 3 post that contains some bullsh1t.

I am starting to wonder if this person is a legitimate representative. That's a reasonable concern, isn't it?

Hello, WPN.
Welcome to the BankrollMob forum.

Hello buddy,

Once the account is created the system will not allow us to link the account with the BankrollMob site

However, please send your account information to Support@AmericasCardRoom.eu so they can further review on it

Are you coming here to answer only one question that is not to hard just having to refer him to support.

You are suppose to be their rep. then having the capability to answer questions.

What about my questions.

I was very interesting to your site but with your opening a thread here and mot answering i now wonder if the site supports is like you not answering.

IMO it is not a very good way to have some members here being very enthusiasm to open an account now. Question Question Question Question Question Question

The only requirement is to certify your account by sending a copy of your ID and copy of any UB for address verification.

Please note that echecks is not a dep nor a cashout method, would you please provide me the site or the link where you found that information?

In regards the leaderboard, is not in my hands. I can send the request though, however the site owner should get in touch with our aff dep

Thanks

Ok, they are part of the Winning tournaments network, meaning they have some of our tournaments including our biggest GTD, most of our daily tournaments but not all of them. We are different companies with different platforms, our cashout process is apart from them, our dep options are also different.

Conclusion, we are not the same company, our brands are Americas Cardroom, Black Chip Poker, True Poker and Yapoker
